Bellevue Rotary Commons

In the early 1980’s there was much demand for quality, affordable senior housing in Bellevue. The local Rotary club undertook this project and built a 40 apartment complex in a nice neighborhood in central Bellevue. Located nearby the downtown area and a local grocery store, the apartments have a high occupancy rate and a waiting list is maintained. The apartments are government subsidized with reasonable rents.

Throughout the years, The Bellevue Rotary Club has stayed involved in the Rotary Commons with several members sitting on the Rotary Housing Board of Trustees. The club undertakes projects to provide gifts to the residents such as a large flat screen TV and DVD player for the common area.

For more information about the Rotary Commons or to be placed on the waiting list, please call 419-483-1590 or stop by the office at 259 Northwest St.
