What is Rotary Commons?

Rotary Commons is a three story, forty unit apartment complex for those who are 62 years of age and older or non-elderly adults with a disability. Residents are able to live independently with certain services available to them if needed.

Where is Rotary Commons located?

Rotary Commons apartments are located in Bellevue, Ohio in the Greater SanduFresky area west of Cleveland and east of Toledo.

What types of housing do you offer?

Our housing units are all one-bedroom apartments with a patio on the first floor and balconies on the second and third floors.

Can I decorate my residence how I want?

All units are painted by our maintenance staff, but you may decorate and hang your own pictures etc.

Are there any age requirements for Rotary Commons?

To apply for housing, you must be at least 62 years of age. Persons with a disability but are not 62 years of age may also apply for housing.

Are there any overnight accommodations for out-of-town visitors?

Unfortunately we do not have any overnight accommodations on the premises, however there  are a number of motels within a short distance of Rotary Commons.

Does Rotary Commons allow pets?

Yes, all residents are allowed one pet. There is however a $200 pet deposit.

What is the cost of Rotary Commons?

All rent is based on thirty percent of your income according to HUD income limits.

How do I apply for an apartment at Rotary Commons?

If you meet the requirements, you may fill out a housing application and return it to Rotary Commons.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes, but there is no fee for applying and being placed on the list.
